The proximity of the ToTu Restaurant guarantees exquisite cuisine and top-quality catering service. This makes weddings, communions, family celebrations, and business conferences organized at the Kozerki Complex exceptional in every way.
Banquet Hall

Starting in 2026, we are opening a new banquet hall with a total area of 270 m². It’s a perfect space for large weddings, conferences, and banquets.
In a banquet layout, the hall can accommodate up to 180 guests at round tables, and in a theatre layout, as many as 220 seats with a stage for speakers.
The banquet hall can be divided into 3 independent sections, each equipped with its own sound system and projector, making it an excellent choice for business training sessions as well.
For large events, the banquet hall can be combined with the event halls — offering a total of over 410 m² of event space with an additional green outdoor area. This setup provides a separate zone for a dance floor and extra attractions such as a photo wall or a kids’ entertainment area.
It’s the perfect arrangement for large weddings and conferences near Warsaw and Grodzisk Mazowiecki.
Event halls for celebrations
and corporate events
We offer our guests two event halls (52 m² and 88 m²), which can be combined into one open space (140 m²). It’s a great solution for communions, christenings, birthdays, or intimate weddings near Warsaw.
In a banquet setup, the hall can accommodate up to 100 guests, while in a conference layout it’s perfect for training sessions and corporate events. The flexible arrangement allows for organizing a wide variety of events — from small family gatherings to professional workshops.
